If you wish to participate in this oral history activity, and film a video to be shared with others to hear the story of your family, please use the following guidelines for submission:

1. You can send us raw footage of up to 15 minutes, we will edit it for clarity and concision. 
2. When filming, please make sure to be in a quiet space. 
3. Film in landscape to fit the video frame. 
4. Film the person using a medium shot (Refer to sample photo) 
5. Have the light facing the person, not coming from behind them
